These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SENDFU model services, websites, documentation, and related business offerings.

1. Service description
SENDFU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. provides AI model services, model access programs, documentation, and related business services for platforms and enterprise customers.
2. Account and access
Access to SENDFU services may require account approval, authentication credentials, access keys, or written commercial authorization. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their accounts.
3. Acceptable use
Customers may not use SENDFU services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activities. SENDFU may restrict or suspend access for suspected misuse, security risk, or violation of applicable policies.
4. API access and authentication
Where API access is provided, customers must use authentication credentials only as authorized and must not share, resell, or expose credentials to unauthorized parties. SENDFU may rotate, suspend, or revoke credentials to protect service integrity.
5. Billing and pricing
Pricing, billing terms, payment schedules, usage limits, and invoicing details are governed by the applicable order form, commercial agreement, or written pricing terms between SENDFU and the customer.
6. Rate limits
SENDFU may apply rate limits, usage quotas, concurrency limits, or other service controls to maintain reliability, security, and fair use across customers and platform partners.
7. Model output disclaimer
AI model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for their intended use case. SENDFU does not guarantee that model outputs will be error-free or fit for any specific purpose.
8. Data handling reference
Data handling is described in the SENDFU Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing terms. Primary model serving, data processing, and operational data storage are hosted in Singapore.
9. Service availability
SENDFU aims to operate reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Services may be modified, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, security events, capacity constraints, or third-party service issues.
10. Termination
SENDFU may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay amounts due, creates security or operational risk, or uses the services in a prohibited manner. Customers may stop using the services at any time, subject to applicable commercial agreements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENDFU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
